We deliver in-house training sessions based on the needs of your actuarial team. These sessions, delivered online or at your office, can strengthen the bond between your team members, particularly when working across different locations, as well as enhancing their professional toolkits.
Negotiation Skills Workshop
This workshop helps your staff members define their preferred negotiation style and feel confident using this to secure support for their ideas.
Co-facilitated by experienced actuaries and facilitators Martin Mulcare and Julia Lessing, we run this as either a half day (3 hour) workshop, or 2 x 90 minute sessions.

Personal Brand Workshop
Julia facilitates this interactive 60 minute workshop either in person or over Zoom.
By the end of the session, participants will know:
✔ What is meant by a personal brand,
✔ Why a personal brand is important,
✔ How to define their personal brand,
✔ Whether their actual personal brand is what they want it to be, and
✔ How to build their personal brand.

Presenting for Impact: Prepare and deliver complex messages with confidence
This workshop helps your staff members define a clear approach to planning and feeling confident delivering presentations to their team, wider organisation and beyond.
Co-facilitated by experienced actuaries and facilitators Martin Mulcare and Julia Lessing, we run this in person workshop over 2 x half days (3 hours), or online with self-paced study and 6 x 1 hour group sessions (including practice).

Julia Lessing
Julia is a qualified actuary, Associate Certified Coach and the Director of Guardian Actuarial. She is leading a mission to foster forward-thinking leaders in the actuarial industry and runs the Guardian Actuarial Leadership Program to help actuaries build their communication, management and leadership skills.
Martin Mulcare
Martin is a qualified actuary, experienced executive and exceptional adviser. He enjoys working with different types of people and he loves sharing ideas. Formerly the facilitator of the Professionalism Course, Martin is also a member of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Ethics Centre and is the Chairman of the Board of The Growth Project.
