Which program is right for you?
We currently offer two group leadership training programs:
Guardian Actuarial Leadership Program: for new actuarial managers
Guardian Actuarial Senior Leadership Program: for actuaries aspiring to senior leadership roles

GA Leadership Program, for actuaries who:
✔ Are aspiring to, or about to step into, their first management role
✔ Are already managing people, but who have never received any formal leadership training
✔ Want to build their broader skills to future-proof their careers
✔ Want to build their networks of high-performing actuaries across different industries
✔ Are busy or time-poor and want to learn at their own pace and over Zoom.
GA Senior Leadership Program, for experienced actuaries who:
✔ Have graduated from the GA Leadership Program (or can demonstrate competence in its learning outcomes)
✔ Want to take their management and leadership skills to the next level
✔ Are aspiring to, or about to step into, their first senior leadership role
✔ Want to enhance their leadership toolkit to prepare for a senior leadership role
✔ Want to build their networks and work with other high-performing actuaries across different industries.
