Episode 52: The Analytics Spice Rack with Victor Bajanov

“I used to default to making analogies in the fields that I know well. A big learning for me was that you have to pick a framing that your audience understands, not just one that you understand. Ideally, you should understand it as well, but if it's one-sided, it doesn’t work. You have to understand the concept you’re explaining quite well because you need to strip away all of the details and minutiae to get to the essence of what it’s about.”
