Episode 15: The Resilient Actuary with Janice Jones

“You don't get born with resilience. You have to recognise what your levels are, build them up because they'll be depleted through work and family commitments. It's really important that you keep on top of that because if you don't, you will end up unwell feeling, burnt out. And those are experiences that I've been through and I'm sure most people have been through.”
