Episode 42: Communicating Confidently with Dr Jananie William

“It’s okay to feel uncomfortable.  I think sometimes just that feeling of ‘this is really daunting,’ ‘this is really intimidating,’ is enough to be overwhelming.  So, don’t let it be overwhelming; it’s very normal, very natural to be feeling this with any kind of new role.

Having good supportive people around you to support you on that journey.  Having someone that could potentially even coach you through some of these things.  Even just having good people around you that might not necessarily work with you, who are going through the same sorts of things and sharing tips and tricks with them.”

Dr Jananie William,
